Company registration details will be published in this section once the legal entity is registered.

The landing page asks you for nothing: there are no forms, no sign-up and no user account here.

• Hosting logs: IP address, browser type and request time. Used to protect against attacks and to debug outages.
• Browser local storage: a flag that you have read the cookie notice, and your language choice.

We use strictly necessary technologies only. There are no ad networks, no social pixels and no cross-site analytics on this website.

You can clear this data at any time: browser settings → clear site data. The site keeps working, it will simply show the cookie notice again.

• mk_cookie_notice — remembers that the notice was dismissed. Stored in your browser until you clear it.

The app is a separate product and needs more data, because a listing cannot work without it.

• Email address — to sign in and to recover access to your account.
• Phone number — only if you added it yourself, so buyers can call or message you.
• Listing content: photos, description, price, city and neighbourhood.
• Device technical data and crash logs — to find and fix failures.

We process data to deliver what you asked for — to show your listing to other users and to give them a way to reach you — as well as to keep the marketplace safe and to comply with the law.

We do not sell personal data and we do not hand it to advertisers.

We rely on providers the service cannot run without: a hosting provider and cloud file storage, the App Store and Google Play, and an email delivery service.

Each of them receives only the minimum data needed for its task and is bound to protect it. Data may also be disclosed on a lawful request from public authorities.

Account data is kept while the account is active. Listings stay in the feed for a limited period and are then hidden. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months.

After you delete your account, data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account or withdraw your consent. An email to hello@mamakupi.me is enough — we respond within 30 days.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

The service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If such data reached us, tell us and we will remove it.

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page, and we announce material changes in the app or by email.
